Following confirmation about Kim Hyun Joong leaving DSP Entertainment for Keyeast, more information regarding SS501’s future have been revealed today.

It’s been revealed that fellow SS501 member Park Jung Min will also leave DSP Entertainment, possibly SS501 as well, to pursue his acting career with another management agency.

It is now looking like SS501 will now turn into SS301, a group consisting of Kim Hyung Joon, Kim Kyu Jong and Heo Young Saeng that promoted during 2008 with U R Man.

It’s known that while Park Jung Min is showing interest in pursuing his acting career, the rest of the three members are prefering to stay as a group rather than having solo careers although they are also looking for a new agency.

This will mean that all of the members of SS501 are no longer with DSP Entertainment, an agency they debuted through.

SS301’s Kim Hyung Joon, Kim Kyu Joong and Heo Young Saeng are now being looked upon by many agencies in the FA (free agent) market as they have left DSPE. The three have already received offers from different agencies, but the members are looking for a trustworthy agency.

A representative stated, “The contract itself is important, but the members are looking for an agency they can trust, an agency that is attractive.”

If the SS501 members indeed all go to separate agencies, it’s looking like it’ll take a while until we see SS501 promote again.

Albeit all the reports, the members are reportedly not in any arguments with each other, and they want to keep SS501 alive. Especially with the amount of success SS501 has in Korea as well as overseas, so there’s still a possibility that SS501 will not disband.

Furthermore, the “1+1+3″ separation of SS501 have started to resemble legendary group H.O.T which disbanded in 2001 with members Moon Hee Joon and Kangta pursuing solo careers while Jang Woo Hyuk, Tony Ahn and Lee Jae Won formed a three-member group jtL.

We wish!! No we are not going. We cancelled our air ticket already coz there was no confirmed listing and no confirmation from the organiser if we are out or in. We did thought to just go and gatecrash the party but seeing how the organiser works... I dun think so.

Actually from last week onwards I saw that a few overseas were also asking on the party site about the overseas listing but it is only until today that the listing came out. The really huge question mark hanging over my head at the moment is... How do they expect the overseas fans to fly over to Korea at a day's notice? At the moment, I keep seeing bus schedules for the fans from the outskirt areas but... Hello!! If you miss a bus, you can hop on the next bus in a few hours time. If you miss a plane, can you afford to to hop on the next one? Think about the cost of plane ticket... I really don't understand how they planned this. Of course I don't mean that fans from outskirt areas are not important. What I mean is there should be a list and consideration of what is the most difficult to achieve. If you want to include overseas fans, then the fact that overseas fans need to fly over to Korea, book hotel should be taken into consideration. How many days leadtime should be given etc.

Another thing that keeps bugging at me is, they were saying at first that the 1000pax Seoul slots are all taken but the outskirt areas only has 700pax. So they keep asking people from the outskirt areas to apply. 300 more spaces left they say. But. In this case why not just slot the rest of us who are unsuccessful for the first 1000pax [Seoul area]there? Then there is no need to do refunds etc. Why should there be a 100% definite quota for overseas fans? That is just plain dumb...

Anyway enough of my rants... We wrote to get our refunds as well but no reply again. Don't think they will reply anytime soon coz they really need to go and enjoy Baby's Birthday Party first.

UPDATE: I went over the listing that just came out and find that some of the overseas fans are now included into the 1000pax Seoul or Outskirts list. But some are not. So does that mean that there is actually no intention to have an additional 150pax for Overseas fans?? Is it a mistake and they miscounted, put the name in the wrong list, mistaken that they have N amount of people but in fact they don't coz some names appears twice, etc? So does that means it took away the chance of some people coz there is in fact still space?? I just... I... I got nothing else to say... *shakes head*

At first I was gonna keep mum about this until it's confirmed but... I can't. Moreover, I have mentioned below our plans and also posted on several sites asking questions. And also got a friend to help us on this so... might as well post it.

The story goes like this. After BKK concert, we decided to save money with the promise that if Baby ever have a Birthday Party in Korea, we will try all means to go.

After endless waiting, we finally saw news that Baby is indeed gonna have a birthday party so we quickly wrote in to the organiser with the email given here to ask for information on how to participate. Namely what is the bank account information for us to send over the money. We were very very happy that the organiser wrote back almost immediately with the information and even said "Singapore! Welcome to Birthday Party (in korean of course)" to us. This is funny coz both sides were using an English-Korean online translator to understand each other.

So on that Monday, 12 July – which is the date that overseas fans can send money, we immediately sent money over via bank transfer (the bank charges is even higher than the actual money transferred over). After that it was downhill all the way. After we sent in the 'proof' of transfer etc, there was no reply. We thought that we should patiently wait. Maybe they have a lot of mails to read and a lot of things to settle so they could not write back to us. So we waited and waited. Then there came a announcement that since many overseas fans wrote in to say that there is not enough time for inter-bank transfer. They will allow another 150 overseas fans to apply. We quickly wrote in to say that we do not know if they still consider the first email as we had sent the money before this new announcement and would like to inform them again that we had already transferred the money. Again no reply.

On Friday, 16 July, 린다 received a phonecall from DBS to say that the account number is wrong and that the money had been stuck in DBS Korea from Monday. Why had they not called immediately we don't know!! So we quickly verified and found that we missed a number so we quickly called DBS with the correct number and the money was transfered without further delay. We wrote to the organiser again to tell them about it but again no reply...

Now we are getting worried. No announcement of the confirmed list and no reply from organiser saying they received the money or not. We were checking air ticket everyday and it is getting more and more expensive nearer the date!! What should we do!! So like any other kiasu person, we decided to have a tentative booking first and in case we cannot go, we must pay a forfeit for the ticket. And that is because we had thought that they would at least try to confirm overseas fans early considering that we need to arrange air tickets and stuff not like now with only a few days to the party. But... After endless waiting... No reply... No announcement... Nothing!! We wrote on a few other forums to ask if any overseas fans received a reply but nobody has any answer for us too...

In the end we had to trouble crazynoona to help us to register for a username and password for us to post questions on the party site. An hour after we posted asking about the overseas list, the question was deleted by someone!! OMG!! WTF!!! But we decided to be thick skinned and wrote another question a few days later which stayed on the site without getting deleted and in the end we also emailed the organiser again. No reply... Then there is an announcement that we would expect the answer by monday.

Which is today. With 6 more days to go to the party. We have tentative tickets but we don't know if we should go. We could go all the way to Korea for 3 days but have no ticket for the party OR we could give up the ticket and pay the forfeit but then at the last minute find out we got ticket for the party, then mad scramble for air ticket again and pay an even higher price for the ticket!! Either way it will be a huge amount of money spent!! Then what about hotel and where to stay?? To book hotel means to pay immediately and we will not get the money back!! Of course we understand that the organisers are also busy and need time to consolidate but we only have 6 more days to go. What should we do!! To go or not to go!!

PS: Really thanks to Hana for helping us translate from Korean to Japanese to English so that we can understand what is written on the party site and Crazynoona for helping us with registering online and the many advise and encouragement. Kamsahamnida!!

On August 1, Sunday, HyungJun-gun's birthday party will be held, and adding on to that, there will be a surprise party for all who will be coming. For the sake of getting closer to all fans and to satisfy their desire in wanting to see him up close and directly, HyungJun-gun has specially prepared for a special event. As to what kind of event it will be, it remains to be confirmed, but it will be a very happy day to be weaved!

On August 1, besides HyungJun-gun himself and of course fans, there will be other guests present on the day as well to meet with fans as well as celebrate for HyungJun-gun. And these other guests will be scheduled to be SS501 members. Amidst the members who will be attending on the day, there are some who has already confirmed their attendance, but there are also some who still aren't able to confirm their attendance due to schedule issues. However, because they are really keen in coming, they will try their best to go. To the extend of such zealousy from our members, we hope that everybody would be able to enjoy to the fullest on the day.

This event that was planned for the sake of everyone, it will be a day that is for Hyung Jun.
