On the showcase day, 29th August 2010, we arrived at the hotel at about 9am and proceed to sit around the Lobby waiting. I must say that Fairmont staff is really nice people. We were not really noisy or anything so they left us alone. The few times that they had to ask us to wait outside was due to too many people crowding around, they asked us really politely with a smile.

We had booked a car in the form of a combi van which looks very very grand. The insides is all mirror and stuff. In our van is crazynoona, eeyorepink, xiaochu, violettacal, 린다 and me. We waited till about one plus and we finally saw the black merc and combi van for the dancers arrive. The manager of the hotel told us that we should go outside to wait. We took it to mean that Baby is coming down so we went to stand around the entrance.

Finally the security came down!! They gave us instructions on where to stand and how we should not push around or grab Baby when he appears. I took out the present and postcards that 린다 and I have prepared. My mission today is to pass it to him. Soon Baby came down and the fans went wild!! Some shouting his name, some holding out gifts and some holding things for him to sign. I quickly extended my arm out with the postcard and present and hope that he will take it. Just when I thought that he is gonna walk pass me without taking it, suddenly he turned around a little (he had already walked pass me), looked at it and took it from me!! OMG!! Mission accomplished!!

We did not wait around to see him board the car. We quickly ran and jumped (yes again) into our combi and the high speed chase began again!! Our combi driver Uncle Frank tried his best to drive beside Baby's car so that we can get a clearer view of him and so he can see who is in our combi. We quickly plastered our boards to the window and he saw it, smiled and waved to us. Then his merc went pass us so we sat down again to continue with our journey. This went on for a few times, whenever our van is beside his car, our uncle will shout 'To the right!!!' or 'To the left!!' and we will all sit up and raise our boards to whichever window. Whenever he is not beside us, we will be sitting around resting or tweeting. For the first few times, Baby would wave to us with one hand and have a small smile on his face. Just when we though he would stop doing that coz it is not a short journey and he must be tired entertaining so many people in different cars chasing him around, he suddenly gave a huge smile and waved at us with both hands and placing his face quite near to his window!! LOL!! It's the cutest expression ever and it totally made our day!! Baby ar!! Why are you so cute!!!

When we arrived at the Showcase venue, it was raining. It's Baby!! Of course it will rain!! He went inside to rehearse and we sat outside waiting for time to pass.
